prsnn. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

How Issues, Complaints & Conflicts Are Handled

This Dispute Policy applies to all sessions and interactions on prsnn.

By using prsnn., you agree to follow the process outlined below.

1PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY

prsnn. exists to provide public, pressure-free human presence. This policy ensures that when something goes wrong, issues are handled:

  • fairly
  • consistently
  • without drama
  • without escalation

prsnn. is not a mediation, therapy, or legal service.

2WHAT COUNTS AS A DISPUTE

A dispute may include:

Boundary confusion or violation
Uncomfortable behavior
No-shows
Safety concerns
Payment or refund disagreement
Session ending early under unclear circumstances

Discomfort alone is not automatically a violation, but it is valid to report.

3IMMEDIATE ACTION (REQUIRED)

If at any point a session feels unsafe or uncomfortable:

  1. End the session immediately
  2. Leave the area if needed
  3. Do not argue, explain, or negotiate
  4. Report the issue in-app
ENDING A SESSION EARLY IS ALWAYS ALLOWED.

4HOW TO FILE

Disputes must be submitted:

  • through the prsnn. app
  • within a reasonable time
  • using the in-app reporting flow

Reports submitted outside the platform may not be reviewed.

5REVIEW PROCESS

Once submitted, prsnn. may review:

  • session details (time, duration)
  • in-app messages
  • acceptance of agreements
  • prior reports or patterns

prsnn. does not require proof beyond reasonable platform data.

6POSSIBLE OUTCOMES

  • No action (no violation found)
  • Warning issued
  • Partial or full refund
  • Withholding Companion payout
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent removal

prsnn. may take preventative action even without confirmed misconduct.

7FINAL AUTHORITY

  • Decisions are final
  • No guaranteed appeal process
  • No obligation to disclose reasoning

This discretion exists to protect overall platform safety.

8MISUSE OF SYSTEM

Abusive submissions result in:

  • loss of refund eligibility
  • account suspension
  • permanent removal

prsnn. treats abuse of the dispute system as a serious violation.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

prsnn. is not responsible for personal disagreements, subjective dissatisfaction, or outcomes outside defined rules. Participation is voluntary.

10. NO EXTERNAL ESCALATION

Users agree to use prsnn.’s dispute process first and avoid public accusations. Violations may result in termination.

11. POLICY CHANGES

prsnn. may update this policy as needed. Material changes will be communicated app-wide.
