prsnn. REFUND POLICY

How Cancellations & Refunds Work

This Refund Policy applies to all sessions booked on prsnn.

By booking a session, you agree to the terms below.

1CORE PRINCIPLE

prsnn. sessions are time-bound, human-presence bookings. Once a session window begins, time and availability are consumed.

Refunds are handled to balance:

  • fairness to Users
  • protection of Fellows’ time
  • platform safety and integrity

2. BEFORE START

✅ Eligible for Full Refund
  • User cancels before start time
  • Companion cancels before start time
  • Platform/Verification issues

Processed to original payment method.

3. AFTER START

❌ No Automatic Refund
  • Time has been reserved
  • Companion has committed availability

Completed sessions are not eligible.

4EARLY SESSION TERMINATION

A. Starting by User/Companion (No Violation)

  • No refund is guaranteed
  • Partial refunds are not automatic

Session considered fulfilled once it begins.

B. Ending Due to Violation

If ending due to boundary/safety/behavior:

  1. End session immediately
  2. Report issue through app

prsnn. may issue refund or take enforcement after review.

5NO-SHOW POLICY

USER No-Show

Session considered fulfilled.

No refund will be issued.

COMPANION No-Show

User receives full refund.

Companion may face penalties.

6. DISCRETION

  • • prsnn. may deny for abuse
  • • Goodwill refunds possible
  • • Decisions are final

7. PROCESSING

  • • To original payment method
  • • Times depend on provider
  • • prsnn. not liable for delays

8. CHARGEBACKS

  • • Must contact prsnn. first
  • • Unauthorized = Suspension
  • • prsnn. disputes with evidence

9. POLICY CHANGES

Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
